Fallout shelter beginner's guide reddit9/21/2023 ![]() I currently prefer two center elevator columns for the fastest possible travel. You might see people with elevators around all the edges to block mole rats, don’t worry about that because it’s essentially irrelevant after many updates. Note that most rooms are most efficient at 3-wide, but Science and Medical rooms are great as 2-wides. I also extend my elevators all the way down as soon as I can so I can build wherever I want whenever I want ( e.g., storage and living quarters are at the bottom for me). ![]() I stick mine way at the bottom because you don’t need to staff/watch/tap it, just have it. If you want them middle right, destroy that room, make it 3-wide, build an elevator, and rebuild it. ![]() Where your Overseer’s Office is right now means you’d be putting them down the far right. Most of all, go slow!- this is a game of patience.įirst, think about where you want your second row of elevators. If you run out of caps you’re probably expanding too fast (I always train Luck and am swimming in caps, almost every time a room finishes production you get caps). Don’t be afraid to destroy and rebuild, I’m always demolishing and building training rooms depending on what I need at that moment. That’s not a bad thing, because I’d recommend you do that to a lot of rooms. The only way to move rooms is to destroy and rebuild.
